Willmott Dixon Construction Limited is a subsidiary of Willmott Dixon Limited, a private limited company formed in 1852 and employing almost 3,000 people across the country.

They are an award-winning national constructor providing solutions for clients in many different sectors. The Willmott Dixon Dartford office was established at Admirals Park in January 2008, as a number of major projects had been secured in the region and the potential for major construction opportunities was recognised in the Thames Gateway region.

Projects being undertaken include schemes for both education and prison service clients. The location at Admirals Park was chosen due to a number of factors including excellent client access via road and rail networks, good standard of accommodation at an affordable price and excellent availability of local professional and skilled staff.
