In partnership with Dartford Borough Council, ProLogis is developing The Bridge, a £500 million mixed-use project that is recognised as the most advanced development underway in the Thames Gateway.

Located next to the QEII Bridge on the River Thames, the 264-acre site is being transformed into a vibrant living and working environment with 1,500 new homes, leisure and retail facilities, office, distribution and science park space - creating around 7,500 jobs.

This new community at The Bridge is connected to the local area by Fastrack, the pioneering public transport system, which links the development to railway stations at Dartford, Greenhithe, Gravesend and Ebbsfleet, as well as to local amenities, such as Bluewater.
