The area is being transformed with restoration projects such as at Cobham Park and pioneering major public art projects including The White Horse.

Energy Sustainable initiatives incorporate energy and water efficiency, such as Fastrack routes that help reduce emissions and improve air quality. Waterfront A network of parklands and green spaces are interwoven between the River Thames waterfront and the surrounding countryside. Water Conservation of existing water resources will accommodate new developments.
