The Mick Jagger Centre, named after the famous former pupil of Dartford Grammar School, offers performances of jazz, folk, roots, guitar and rock music, and organises regular rock and pop workshops.
Red Rooster is a venture funded by Sir Mick Jagger that offers primary school students the opportunity to learn to play an instrument. Musicians visit local schools to teach sessions including African drumming and Indian music and dance.
The Orchard Theatre is Dartford’s local theatre featuring popular entertainment, classical concerts, musicals and pantomime.

Goodman Dance Centre is one of the most successful and longest running dance schools in Kent. Its proprietor, Len Goodman, Head Judge on `Strictly Come Dancing’ and `Dancing With The Stars’ has been teaching at the studio in Dartford for over 30 years.
Miskin Theatre is a great local theatre with regular live shows, and a culture of supporting young Dartford based performers, companies, directors and producers. Facilities include an 80 seater studio theatre, three dance studios, two recording studios and a rehearsal space.
