The Gravesend Heritage Quarter Development will regenerate the riverside and revitalise the town centre.

Description:

• In 2009 travel time to London is reduced to just 22 minutes.
• Up to 10,000 sq ft of offices; 1,000+ new jobs created.
• 120,000 sq ft of new shops and over 20,000 sq ft of new restaurant and leisure facilities.
• More than 600 new apartments including a new riverside landmark residential apartment building.
• New 'town square' and 1,280 car parking spaces.
• Formal planning submission to Gravesham Borough Council in Spring 2009.
