Ingress Park was one of the country’s first developments to be awarded the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment (CABE) Building for Life Gold Standards. It is an integrated mixed-use community of 950 homes, based around eight distinctive character areas.

The development, by Crest Nicholson, included the restoration of Ingress Abbey, historic 18th century follies and other listed features. These are incorporated into an award winning heritage trail which is now open to residents and the general public.

The next phase of homes will see the riverside opened up further with the construction of contemporary apartments.

Key features of Ingress Park include:

  • The fully restored Grade II listed Ingress Abbey
  • Extensive communal landscaping, including the relocation of 60 mature trees
  • A public amphitheatre
  • A riverside walk to Greenhithe Village
  • The Fastrack service, linking Ingress Park to Dartford to the west and Ebbsfleet and Gravesend to the east from 2008.
"Ingress Park is an award winning development providing individually designed homes fronting the River Thames, ideally located close to transport and just a mile away from Bluewater."
