Kent Thameside Regeneration Partnership is a public private partnership supporting and championing the regeneration of the Kent Thameside area, one of the fastest growing areas in the UK covering the boroughs of Dartford, Gravesham and Ebbsfleet Valley. With a commitment to provide 25,000 new homes and 50,000 new jobs over the next two decades, Kent Thameside Regeneration Partnership will make Kent Thameside a distinct and vibrant destination for living, working and visiting.

	Business Link South East Business Link South East provides access to the information, advice and support necessary to start a new business or maintain and grow an existing one. They put local businesses in touch with a range of expertise from across the private, public and voluntary support sectors.

	Business Support Kent CIC Business Support Kent CIC is a free business advice and support service, available online and through local advisers. It has been developed in partnership with business experts within government and local organisations.

	Countryside Properties Countryside Properties is a leader in property development and urban regeneration. The Group is widely recognised as a responsible developer, committed to sustainable development, design and environmental excellence.

	Dartford Borough Council Dartford’s redevelopment scheme will include 35,000 sq m of retail, community and health facilities and 1,850 new homes. Dartford Borough Council is responsible for a wide range of services to residents, companies and potential investors.

	Government Office for the South East GOSE represent central government in the South East and their role is to promote better and more effective integration of Government policies and programmes at a regional and local level.

	Gravesham Borough Council Gravesend has a redevelopment programme throughout the town centre, including the Heritage Quarter, the waterfront and the Transport Quarter. Gravesham Borough Council are co-ordinating this delivery with Partners.

	Homes & Communities Agency Homes & Communities Agency is the national regeneration agency, helping the Government to support high quality sustainable growth in England.

	Kent County Council Kent County Council `KCC’ is the largest, and one of the leading, local authorities in the UK. KCC provides strategic direction for countywide regeneration, ensuring development of the very highest quality and genuinely sustainable in the long term.

	Kent Partnership The Kent Partnership is the countywide Local Strategic Partnership (LSP), comprising representatives from the private, public, voluntary and community sectors. Within the Kent Partnership there are eight district based LSPs in Kent. The Dartford and Gravesham LSP was established to help Dartford and Gravesham Borough Councils work together to achieve the aims of their boroughs.

	Land Securities Land Securities is the UK’s leading Real Estate Investment Trust with a national portfolio of commercial property. Land Securities is responsible for bringing forward development at Ebbsfleet Valley.

	Lend Lease Lend Lease is an international property group who own and develop Bluewater. Lend Lease Communities has established a solid reputation for high quality, mixed use urban regeneration developments.

	London & Continental Railways London & Continental Railways (LCR) built and operate the high speed Channel Tunnel Rail Link (CTRL), now called High Speed 1 (HS1) and own and operate the UK arm of the Eurostar international train service.

	South East England Development Agency The South East England Development Agency was established by the Government to take the strategic lead in promoting the sustainable economic development of the region, working with partners to make the South East of England a world class region.

	Thames Gateway Kent Partnership The Thames Gateway Kent Partnership (TGKP) champions the economic, social and environmental regeneration of Kent Thameside, Medway and Swale. Formed in 2001, the partnership comprises private, public and community sectors in North Kent and Medway.
