Paul Williams joined Kent Thameside Delivery Board in 2004 as Environment Manager. He became Deputy Chief Executive in April 2007. From 2001 to 2004 Paul was a member of the Thames Gateway Strategic Executive, in the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, where he led on the regeneration of North Kent and environmental issues across the Gateway. Paul has a degree in Economics from the University of Wales, and a Masters degree in Urban and Regional Planning Studies from the University of Reading. He is a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
