Sustainable future. Kent Thameside has laid firm investment plans for the future and intends to implement a phased programme of development in a responsible, sustainable way. Talent pool. Over the next two decades, some 50,000 new jobs will be created supplementing the 50,000 already here; 25,000 new homes will be built for the fast-growing workforce. Successful delivery.
