Since opening in 1999, over 180M visitors have enjoyed the Bluewater experience. This award winning shopping centre nestles beneath 50 metre high chalk cliffs amid over 50 acres of parkland and lakes.
Bluewater provides employment to over 8,000 shop staff, who also enjoy its facilities:
- over 300 shops including: John Lewis, House of Fraser and Marks & Spencer stores and 50 bars, cafés and restaurants

- Bluewater Events Venue, opening 2009, will provide dedicated event and exhibition space, first of its type in a shopping centre
- Parking is available for 13,000 cars

- A Quiet room is staffed by multi faith chaplains in partnership with the Kent Workplace Mission
- The Learning Shop in partnership with North West Kent College provides flexible learning, training and employment opportunities for staff and the local community at ‘The Village’
